Signature services include:
- Forming an exhaustive timeline and carrying it through to completion.
- Calling your vendors (photographer, cake decorator, caterer, etc.) to ensure accuracy and prompt delivery.
- Distributing timelines to all vendors and individuals participating in wedding day events.
- Checking each rental item and returning them by deadlines.
- Assisting the photographer, videographer, caterer, and D.J., if necessary.
- Assisting the usher with seating placement for your guests.
- Arrangements for lodging of out-of-town guests.
- Securing the aisle runner, placement of programs, birdseed, bubbles and organizing guests for departure from church.
- Full wedding day directing, beginning upon your arrival at the wedding location.
- Reception coverage, including grand entrance, toast, dinner, cake, scheduled dances, bouquet toss, garter toss and details unique to each wedding.
- Design, placement and pinning of floral centerpieces, alter arrangements, corsages and boutonnieres and decoration of wedding and reception site.
- Bringing an emergency kit (hairspray, pantyhose, nail polish, mints and many more forgotten items)
- Bringing a basket full of goodies for the bridal party, possibly including juice and water, fruit, cheese and crackers, so no one gets dehydrated or woozy.
- Assisting the bride with whatever she deems necessary.
